KANNE, Circuit Judge. After filing for Bankruptcy under Chapter 11, Pyramid Energy, Ltd. (""Pyramid"") initiated an adversary proceeding in bankruptcy against Heyl & Patterson, Inc., (""Heyl""), seeking $20,000,000.00 in damages for breach of warranty or guarantee.1 Some twenty-one months later, the bankruptcy court dismissed the complaint with prejudice after Pyramid repeatedly failed to file a proposed Pre-Trial Order and failed to be prepared to proceed with trial. The district court affirmed the decision of the bankruptcy court and Pyramid appeals. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
